Got a police record, my rear bumper is scarched, and that small piece under the rear light is dented.

St-pactrick days is close, I guess he is drunk.

Can't even see his plate, all I can see it the shape. look like an old chrysler

I was on the service road, flash to merge to HW, I saw his car from my mirror, so I know I have space, I change lane and he speed up, bump me and took off

Sorry to hear that. Hopefully, your insurance coverage includes a waiver for deductible if you report it within 24 hours after the incident (I got it on mine). Hopefully, it will be back as good as new soon.
