Strange sound @ 5000RPM (XRS)

Hi guys, I am sure someone ask this question before, but when I approach 5000RPM in my XRS I start to hear strange noise from the engine bay. It like a small electric motor or some high pressure hose come loose. I ask Faisal and he said it's normal. I went for oil change 2 days ago, and hoping the sound will be gone. But it doesn't. Any XRS owner (diskace?) has this problem?

Hmmm..I used to get this sound when my XRS was new. It went away after around 8000 KM. I think it is mist of oil being sprayed on the pistons and valves just before lift is about to kick in (one of the attributes of 2ZZ). Remember, the weather is really cold these days too so some odd noises here and there on a brand new car should not be alarming in very cold weather.
